To set up cPanel mail account via IMAP\/POP3\/SMTP protocols, do the following:<\/p>\n

1. Open Settings<\/strong> of your Android device and tap on Accounts<\/strong> menu in section Personal:<\/p>\n

2. Then tap on Add Account<\/strong> at the very bottom of the screen:<\/p>\n

3. On the next screen, you will need to choose whether you wish to configure IMAP or POP3 account.<\/strong>
\nSimply choose the desired option by tapping Personal (IMAP) or Personal (POP3)<\/strong> correspondingly:<\/p>\n

4. The next screen will prompt you to enter your email address.
\nMake sure to type in *full*<\/strong> cPanel mail address:<\/p>\n

5. Once done, tap Next to proceed to the next step.
\nHere you will need to indicate your email account password.<\/p>\n

NOTE: If you do not remember your email account password, you can easily reset it in cPanel > Email Accounts menu > Change Password button next to email account in question.<\/p>\n

6. Here you will need to type in the correct IMAP\/POP3 settings depending on the option you choose.
\nMake sure to use the following settings for IMAP:<\/p>\n

Username<\/strong>: full email address
\nPassword<\/strong>: password for this mailbox

\nIMAP Port<\/strong>: 983
\nSecurity Type<\/strong>: SSL\/TLS (Accept All certificates)<\/p>\n

7. If you decided to use POP3 protocol, the following settings should be indicated:<\/p>\n

Username:<\/b>\u00a0full email address
\nPassword:<\/b>\u00a0password for this mailbox

\nPOP3 Port:<\/b> 985
\nSecurity Type:<\/b>\u00a0SSL\/TLS (Accept All certificates)Once done, tap Next<\/strong> to verify the settings and proceed to Outgoing<\/strong> Server settings menu.<\/p>\n
