How to Link cPanel/DirectAdmin Webmail to Outlook on Mobile and Desktop

This guide will show you how to connect your business email/telaMail to Outlook so you can send and receive emails on your computer or phone without always logging in to webmail.

Use this guide for email accounts created in cPanel or DirectAdmin.

What You Need Before You Start

Before setting up your email in Outlook, make sure you have these ready:

  • Your full email address
    Example: [email protected]
  • Your email password
  • Your mail server settings

In most cases, your settings will be:

Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
IMAP Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS

Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Port: 465
Security: SSL/TLS

Username: your full email address
Password: your email password

Replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name.

Example:
If your email is [email protected], then your server may be:

Incoming Server: mail.mybusiness.com
Outgoing Server: mail.mybusiness.com

Step 1: Find Your Email Settings in cPanel

If your email is hosted on cPanel:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. Open Email Accounts.
  3. Find the email address you want to connect.

If the settings are not shown clearly, use:

IMAP is better because:
